5 month old sleep routine

Hi.
So I've got a 5 month old and he used to sleep really well, but lately he hasn't been (probably the 4 month sleep regression) but I'm just wondering if anyone's got any tips? I'm not one that likes to leave them to cry, and I also have a 16 month old who I don't want him to wake.

I think I’m turning into a broken record! But I’m following Littke Ones routine and settling methods- really gentle and sensible advice- and I’m not really a routine person and didn’t do any settling stuff early with my first but my second is 14 weeks and is already sleeping better than our first did when she was much older and often self settles. Can find it on Facebook, it’s basically a gradual process for settling and routine timings with 3 naps at 9,12 and 4:30. Probably timings are similar to loads of others out there but the settling advice is the best I’ve seen.
