Getting enough sleep

Hi so my little girl is waking so early, we go up to start her bedtime routine at 7:15pm, bath, massage, story, milk and is asleep in bed for 8pm, most of the time she sleeps through with the odd occasion when she wakes in the night wanting her dummy put back in, she can do it herself in the day but for some reason not in the night, then she's awake usually at 4:30-5am wanting to be up, and then asleep again within 1 and a half hours later, how to I encourage her to sleep longer instead of sleeping again not long after waking, I am probably being selfish and wanting to much because she is only 7 months and I get that for her to sleep even that length of time is a blessing I just worry she's not getting enough sleep, so how do I get her to sleep longer??

When we did a baby massage class I was told not to do massage as part of the bedtime routine as it can affect their sleep. Could you try dropping that element to see if it helps?

Hi OP, in a similar position myself. My 8 month old used to do 4am wake ups which were killer. I have just persevered in keeping it like a night wake up until 6am. He now wakes up between 5am-6am which is much better although not ideal. I am just going to keep to our routine as it mostly works and hope he figures out the early morning thing himself...plus when the clocks change it will be between 6am-7am so that will help! Sorry I don't have any advice really but you aren't alone.
