Did solids disturb your baby’s sleep?

Hello, my DS is just coming up to 6mo and we started weaning about a week ago. We’re still starting slowly with it, he has a little pot of puréed veg at around 2pm, probably about 5/6 mouthfuls. When we started weaning his sleep did get more disturbed, but he was easily settled however almost now he’s into it a bit more his nights are worse and it’s almost like he’s uncomfortable. do I stop completely? Or is this just part of weaning? I had been making the purée myself and done a mixture of parsnips carrots broccoli cauliflower so maybe the combination of the veg is too much and I should strip it back to one or two mixed together.

Baby’s sleep definitely worse since starting weaning, but she’s teething too so not sure which is more to blame. I think she’s been getting quite bad wind as she sometimes lets out some loud farts a couple of minutes into a night feed!

Yes I remember sleeping got much worst when my son had solids I was really disappointed as hoped it would improve! He seemed to have gas or indigestion or something. The good news is it was only temporary..once he started moving around more it seemed to help him digest the food then his sleep went back to normal again
