Twins... sleep regression?

So my twins have always been good sleepers started sleeping through at 8 weeks,
Usually going 10-7/8
Then gradually got longer so 8/9-7/9 then 7/8 -7/8

I give them last bottle at 7.30 roughly and then Ive always put them down awake
And let me soothe themselves to sleep.

One twin would wake occasionally - not every night but every couple of nights, id rock him back to sleep or something of the sort and put him beside me in a next 2 me from his big cot or if we were downstairs in the baby box or in a bouncer ( especially if hed woken about 6am) hes never hungry when he wakes but he self sooths by grunting and groaning and sometimes by screaming ( not sad scream) just a im here scream.

In the last few weeks its become a nightly thing waking at different times each night and even when i get him back off to sleep as soon as i put him down he wakes up again.
Ive tried feeding him he just isn't interested.

Ive ended up falling asleep cuddling him some nights and i know i shouldn't but recently its only way i get that extra bit of sleep. With twins and a 7 year old i need to be up at 6.45 for each day somedays its exhausting!

Does anyone have any thoughts on why he may be waking?

His twin stays asleep unless he gets woken by his brother x
