When did your child start using a pillow?

Is 18 months too small for a baby pillow? Can anyone recommend a good baby pillow?

They are ok from 1 year. Just used an ordinary flattish pillow

My DS started sleeping with a pillow and duvet at just after a year old. We got a set from mothercare
