Being having issues my two year old son, (three next month) he is waking up screaming in the middle of the night and refusing to go back to sleep, my son has development delay and could be autistic, we are currently on the waiting list for an assessment for him, he doesn't talk so we cant explain to him it's too early to get up, we have tried but he doesn't understand, we have tried sitting with him in his room and putting the light on, he's not having any of it, only way I stopped him crying was by getting him out of his cot but he then woke his brothers up by running into their rooms!
Tonight I am going to try and play him some lullaby music to see if that helps if he wakes up but apart from that I really don't know what to do, it's like having a newborn again!
Anyone had anything similar happen that can offer advice? Thanks
