My nearly 9mo is now doing 2 naps a day most days. Normally one hour one in the morning at 9am then maybe a 2-2 1/2 hours in afternoon at 1pm. We try to put him down at 7pm.
We try to stick to bedtime at 7pm but are you supposed to move bedtime to 4 hours after last nap? Won’t that cause earlier wake ups?
This morning he work at half 5 am (very bad naps yesterday, wouldn’t take third nap and stayed up till half 1pm).
How am I supposed to get through the day without putting him to bed super early or sneaking in a third nap?
We had a period of his waking super early on a morning - don’t want to go back there!
