Sleeping on front

Please help. My seven month old has been a terrible sleeper. Yes she sleeps but wakes up every three hours or less for food. For the past three nights she has started rolling onto her tummy and sleeping. I am terrified that this is unsafe. Can anybody guide me???

Please don’t worry. From nhs and lullaby trust guidelines - ‘Once your baby can roll from back to front and back again, on their own, they can be left to find their own position to sleep.’

My now 14month old has preferred sleeping on his front since 2months old! I don't think he knows how to fall asleep on his back!

DS started doing this once he could roll. He always sleeps on his front now, with his butt in the air :D I'm sure your LO will be fine.
