DD aged 3.3 has generally been a good sleeper 7.30-7ish but recently, last 6wks or so she has been waking frequently in the night. Thinking the catalyst for this was taking her dummy away but the first couple of nights after the dummy fairy came she slept fine. Have noticed recently that she drops off when we're reading to her - she's just dropped her daytime nap so she's exhausted by bedtime and falls asleep really easily - so when she wakes up she wants stories to get her back off to sleep. Last night she woke up after a bad dream about 10ish but went straight back then woke at 2 and had a story and the same thing happened at 3,4 and eventually dropped off at 4.45. DH is fab and we take it in turns to see to her because we've also got a 7month old DS and I'm up with him from about 6ish so am really knackered this morning. Don't think CC would work as she would scream the house down and probably disturb DS who has just started sleeping through, so don't really want to rock the boat there. She will go to sleep after having stories but it's just a real pain when I know she can sleep through. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks
