I know this is not a new problem but I am getting really stuck! DD2 has started waking between 4 - 4.30am. The only time she sleeps later is when she wakes in the night - but that means 1hour of yelling. She has always been a great napper but it is late in the day - 2pm - 4.30pm (and she would sleep longer if she could). Ive read through all the advice I can find and im thinking that I need to move her nap and bedtime forward for a little bit to reset her body clock. Eg. Nap between 12 - 2 and 6.30 bed time rather than 7pm. She is soooo tired by the time our daytime activities start I just dont think she is getting the best from them.
