Sleep training methods for naps

Mummies with napping babies! How did you do it?

My little one will be soon 6 months and we've come a long way with her sleep. We've been doing some sleep training (Ferber style) and nights have been really easy with minimal crying. I think she was ready to give it a go. Naps have been horrible with too much crying/protesting for my liking, so I need to find some other ways to help her to fall asleep by herself, with little protesting. I don't mind if it will take a good few weeks to all come together.

She doesn't have a dummy and I don't want to re-introduce one.

So far she will sleep in the buggy (only when walking) and in my arms rocking her. At night time she now falls asleep by herself with no support needed.

Any tips & ideas on how I can achieve this?

xx
