Desperately looking for help and advise!
My DD is now 12 months and while she does nap during the day it needs to be in someones arms and basically held until she nods off. Then most of the time she does not stay asleep when you put her into her cot.
I am really wanting to start getting her to put herself to sleep for her daytime naps, as she does at her bed time. The problem is we have taken the easy way out by letting her nap in our arms that now I am stressing out over getting her to sleep herself!! I have tried to put her down a couple of times but she just cries constantly so have to go and get her after a while.
