How to get baby to sleep on his own 6 months

Hi all
My baby is 6months old. He has reflux and refuses milk. So I have to feed him when he is drowsy. As soon as he wakes up he will refuse it.

This means that his bed time and feeding time are the same. So every 3 hours he feeds and sleeps. We have just started weaning. However as soon as I put him down after a feed he will wake up. He will only sleep on me.

Are there any tips to help him sleep when I put him down?

You could try warming his bed before he goes in it, a lovie or blanket that smells like you, a white noise machine (I'd reccomend a heartbeat one for him).
Have you tried baby massage? I found it really helped my dc's appetite and they slept a lot heavier and longer. If you are in the uk, sure start centers usually have free baby massage courses.
