Hes currently 15 weeks old and in the thick of the sleep regression, but...

I just wondered when i should start trying to get him into a routine?

Any tips on self settling and naps - he is ebf and is fed to sleep 24/7. He also will not sleep anywhere but on me during the day. He sleeps in a next to me during the night.

Tbh i don't know where to start!

I also ebf and fed to sleep. It does get better. He slept on me for all naps downstairs till about 4/5 months then started self settling from 6/7 months. He’s now 8 months.

You could start just putting him down after a feed (try not to let him fall asleep on you) at bedtime - this was the first time mine self settled and I’m guessing there’s the largest drive to sleep then. For naps I just started trying to feed downstairs then took upstairs to nap on bed. I lay next to him and rubbed a soft comforter over his face gently. This sent him to sleep.

Routine wise, I just followed my DS really. I went by awake time of 2 hours. Making sure his morning nap wasn’t too early really improved him night sleep though and he also napped longer.
