Awake in the night..

I always hear about babies waking multiple times in the night, but how long are everyone’s awake for? My almost 16 week old used to sleep through but now wakes 4/5 times, only for a couple of minutes and just needs a little cuddle to go back down but it’s killing me!

Totally normal at this age and if she had been sleeping through and now only wakes for a few minutes I'd keep quiet about it! Loads of parents would love to swap places with you I'm sure! It'll pass x

I have mentioned to another parent he mostly does 7-7, with a feed at 4am set nap times, can put him down wide awake in bed every 2 hours and he’ll fall asleep within minutes, for 45 minutes. And bed time is easy, bath milk and straight down so I can leave the house at 7 (live with mum) and go out with DP. She was very Hmm so felt a bit bad but now he’s waking loads. Maybe I should just be grateful Grin

Mine is 15 weeks

Wake at 11 for food
1 for a pat and cuddle
330 for food
5 needed to lie on me for 20 Mins to get back asleep as at that point had been up for 30 Mins and not settled and kept babbling
630 to start the day

Also exhausted!
