My dd is 7 months old, and has slept through since she was about 4 months old. I have got her into a good routine ( I think ) during the day, she usually has two decent naps 1/1.5 hours a day. However!!! I still have to rock/cuddle her to sleep.. sometimes it is quick and she’ll be asleep within10/15 mins ( usually day time naps ) but sometimes, mostly at bedtime, she can take up to an hour to get to sleep! I have a bedtime routine, Bath, bottle, quiet time, lullaby... sometimes she’ll go off easily, but most nights it’s a struggle! I’ve tried putting her down sleepy etc but she just starts playing and takes her dummy out, then after a while she starts to cry. I’ve tried going in, putting dummy back in and shushing her, but it doesn’t work, she will just start the whole play to crying thing over again!! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!! X
