Hi there
My 5 year old DD suffers at least one nightmare every night. We have been through phases of this before, and we made a dreamcatcher together which seemed to help short term.
However they are back and really disturbing her (and my!) sleep.
Does anyone have any suggestions of anything I can do to help? I don't want to get cross as it's not her fault she's having them, but it's hard to remain calm when you're being woken two or three times every night!
