DD2 is a lovely, strong willed little madam. Has bf to sleep and naps since birth and now 21 Months old. We co-sleep with her cot attached to our bed. Can anyone help with our routine? She wakes between 7.30-8am, has started to resist naps so isn’t falling asleep until 2ish (have to be on the school run at 3) and then won’t sleep until 8.30pm. Have tried introducing an evening routine with pj’s and a book for her older sister and then taking her to bed at 7.30 but she will literally scream upon entering the bedroom if she’s not ready to sleep.

Should I be waking her earlier? Is her late waking the reason for her late nap and bedtime? We are expecting again with baby due in Summer so freaking out that DD still feeds to sleep (was hoping my milk would dry up but hasn’t yet). Do we need to move her out of our room so baby can come in? Help meeeee. Please and thanks Wink
