6 month old sleep dependencies...

My LO is just under 6 months old (5 months corrected).

She was BF but is now on bottles in the day time and BF at night time. I've now stopped this week and she is only bottle fed.

She goes down at between 6.30 - 7.30 and is mostly fed to sleep. Then on average she'll wake every 3 outa on a good night. She doesn't seem that fussed with feeds during the day and it's a fight to get her to take them.

At night, she has just under 6oz before bed and at her first wake 5oz.

It's gone like this last night. 7.30pm bed, 10.30 woke up really upset but had managed to fight out swaddle so may have woken herself up, put on boob to settle, 1am (which is great) bottle, 3am wakes and won't settle I tried to give her a bottle the first night and she only took 2oz so isn't hungry last night was the second night she did this so I put her on the boob so she'd sleep. Then she was up at 5am and took 3oz then up at 7. She still hasn't ate yet as she's not hungry!

The night before she did 7pm - 1am, 5oz bottle, 3am 2oz, 4.30 boob, 5.30 boob, 6 boob, 6.30 boob.

So it's a bit all over the place in the night.

She's also swaddled but keeps fighting out it. That's worrying me as well so I've tried to put her down not swaddled, she immediately wakes herself up rubbing her face. And gets upset.

Can anyone give me any advice? I'm at my wits end and I know this isn't the worse but realise I'm probably creating massive issues long term.

Sorry for the rambling, I'm sleepy but realise there's worse so can't complain (really want too tho!)

Can’t help but have a 5.5 month old with a very similar sleeping pattern so also looking for advice!
