I know this has probably been posted a million times before but I'm desperate 😭
Six month old will NOT sleep in cot longer than say half hour to 40 minutes- day time or night time.
Now I fully know I have made a rod for my own back as we have co slept since she has been about a month old- naps included and she sleeps well when sharing a bed with me.
I 10000000000% do not want to do the cry it out method, but open for other suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Gradual withdrawal? I tried with ds1 with some success.
Fwiw...i dont buy into the whole making a rod for your own back line though....i think we all just do what we need to to get through. Every stage has its worries and they all pass eventually. Good luck.
