Hi everyone, I want to try Elizabeth Pantly for our 3month old but can anyone advise whether we should buy the No Cry Sleep Solution or The No Cry Nap Solution?
We have problems in both areas as our baby won't nap except in moving buggy, and we can't get her down earlier than 11pm at night. She usually sleeps well at night once she is down though.
If we bought the nap one would that give us ideas for night as well?
