BING she's awake

hi all this website has been so friendly and helpful since I joined to ask advice!
So my 4 month old baby girl is the worst sleeper....ever!
We do not tiptoe around her and we are not a loud house either... but omg this girl wakes at anything!!!!!! The slightest movement or noise and shes up!
During the night if i attempt to lay down after FINALLY soothing her after a feed she will literally just BANG wake up again. If i move a pillow or my husband rolls over... during the day naps too she'll just wake up at the slightest noise.
If my in laws tell me one more time to "make as much noise as possible around her that'll fix it" i may cry!
We dont do anything out of the ordinary and we are not really loud or really quiet.
Does anyone else have a little one like this.... and does it ever go away?
thanks all xxxxx

DS is a light sleeper. Have you tried white noise? We use white noise for all sleeps including all night, LOUD, on an iPad playing the same track on repeat

ah i should've added that in. She does love her white noise :) it seems to initially settle her and i leave it on but once shes asleep she's prone to the waking :) xx

I have a 4 months old son and have been using Deep Sleep Sounds App in my mobile and normally use the sound imitating inside the Womb. After a lot of repetition and leaving it in quite loud all night, it has finally started to work and he doesn't wake at the slightest sound anymore.

At £45 it’s expensive, but our LO is also 4 months and we are using a My hummy- it didn’t do much as first and I thought it was a totally waste, but I’ve used it for the last week or so and she can mostly go to sleep on her own now without rocking or eyelid/brow stroking! It will come on if she starts to stir so meant to put them back to sleep. It might be worth a look at, there are cheaper ones on eBay but they don’t have the option when baby is stiring.
