I put my boy down for bed around 730-8. We do bottle bath bed.

He sleeps great till 12/1 swaddled
He then gets a bottle
And then is ok till 2. Then 2-630/7 he’s up all night. Wide awake or crying or tossing and turning. He manages to fight out of the swaddle multiple times.
Is there something I can do to improve this? I’m tired!

He sleeps 4-5 hours in day with 4 naps but has issues with going from one sleep cycle to another so spend some naps on me or in the pram

Maybe remove the swaddle and go from there? Mine hated to be confined.

I Just started reswaddling after 1 week of but neither makes much difference!

Is he a bit chilly? Maybe a sleeping bag might help. I have a white noise toy that I use also. How about a dummy? My ds is also a bit unsettled second half of the night and when I'm really tired I pull him in bed with me and he uses me as a dummy (he is breastfed) not ideal but means we both sleep!

I used a grobag last week no change! So went back to swaddle and he does sleep better the first half swaddled
I kept putting the dummy in last night and sometimes he would fall asleep for 30 mins but sometimes he would reject it and cry

Can it be related to bed time or naps?

I think at that age sleep is still so hit and miss. This my second child and my dd was very different...the more she slept in the day the better she slept at night! I'm still finding my way with ds and we've had one magical night where he went from midnight to 6am but I can be up anything from 2 to 6 times and I can't find anything specific that helps him sleep for definite 😴
