Sleep getting worse

My daughter is 11 weeks and her sleep is getting worse and it's starting to really get me down. I take her up around 8.30 after we've had dinner, pyjamas and sleeping bag on, then a big feed until she sleepy/asleep. Allow her to fully settle on me or DH then transfer to bedside crib. She had been typically doing 3-4 hours in this first stretch of sleep. She then wakes for another feed but just will not settle in the crib again so is on me or DH. The trouble is the first stretch of sleep in the crib is getting shorter - 1-2 hours. And I keep trying to put her back in the crib after a feed, but she just fusses and grunts and this gradually ramps up. This whole process can take up to two hours by which point she might want another feed.

DH is good at taking her for some of the night but then I feel guilty for him getting less sleep and angry that she won't just go back in the crib. I have no issue with feeding through the night still if she would just settle so we could all enjoy more some lying flat guilt free sleep at the same time.

She doesn't take a dummy (I didn't try that hard to be fair though). White noise has mixed results.

Anything I can do or is it just a wait it out sort of thing?

Her sleep isn’t getting worse - baby sleep goes up and down for at least the first year, it’s best to adjust your expectations. Everything she’s doing is completely normal, look into the 4th trimester. Have you read up on safe cosleeping?
