Sleep routine

Hiya everyone
Just wondering how everyone did the whole sleep routine! I've just introduced bedtime for my little girl whos 12 week old... she has playtime, bath, bottle and bed for 7pm - was sleeping through till about 3am but has since started stirring between 10pm and midnight often waking for another feed now around 1am. I'm wondering if it would be worth waking her, nappy changing and feeding around 10pm to see if I can prevent the stirring and waking between 12am and 2am?
Any opinions or routine advice welcome! Smile

You're getting towards the 4 month sleep regression where they change from newbornzonk to actually actively falling asleep but you could try a dream feed (i.e. don't change nappy unless dirty, feed but don't wake)

Or just ride it out

On a textbook night my 12 week old goes down at 7.30pm with a feed, i then feed at 10.30pm and this sees her through to usually 2,3,4.
Our most successful night was bedtime at 9pm with a feed, next feed at 5am.
Sometimes I think maybe dream feeding makes them hungrier later on? I do however do it, in the hope it works.
Completely dreading 4 month sleep regression. Don’t want to go back to those horrible days of feeling like a wreck through tiredness!!

(feed at 10.30pm is totally a dream feed, no nappy, no lights, no talking, she sleeps through it)
