Move into own room before or after house move?

My LO is 6mo and she will outgrow the next2me within the next 4-6 weeks so we are beginning to think about moving her into her own room.

However we are also looking at moving house within the same time frame so we are wondering which would be the least distressing for LO.
Moving into her own room then move house
Moving her into her own room as we move house
Moving house, give her a week or two to settle then move into her own room?

I wouldn't move your own room unless baby is sleeping through. Assuming she is, I'd wait and do the changes when you move house.
