Hi everyone, just after some advice. Do you know if it's ok to take Nytol when breastfeeding? I struggle falling asleep on and off and my baby wakes a lot through the night! Plus returning to work soon so really need to sleep while baby does. I know leaflets say not while breastfeeding but he is almost completely weaned (on formula through the day just bf couple of times through night) and he is nearly 10 months old so I'm thinking it might be ok? I have the same question about Valerian. Thanks in advance!
