Happy New Year!

I just wondered if someone could tell me if it is safe to co sleep if I have a microfibre mattress topper on the bed?

Need a new mattress really but funds won't allow it atm!

Many Thanks

Is it like a memory foam topper? Does it make the top of the bed more squishy and less firm? If the answer is yes then it won’t be safe.

It's not a memory foam, I know they are not suitable. But I guess it might make the bed more squishy. Oh well, will have to save up for a new mattress.
Thank you for replying

Can you just turn the mattress over?

Or you could just put the baby in a Moses basket/next to me crib etc?

Misskittycat16 · 04/01/2018 22:58

We have a next to me crib which I will use as much as possible. I was just thinking about if I'm feeding and I fall asleep. First baby and I've got a feeling I'm going to be winging it on a daily basis Grin
