ARGH 6 month sleep regression!!!

DD is 6 months and was a great sleeper bar the 4 month sleep regression. She got back on track after that but for the last two weeks has been getting up at 2 then it takes about an hour or so to get her back down. Then is up again at 6 most days. I’ve had to swaddle her again some nights just to get her to have any sleep at all. She goes to bed at 7 to be asleep normally for about 7.30. Anyone been through this?! How long did it last. Any tips?!!

Happened with us but not for very long, she's a great sleeper now unlike my other child

Ahh I sympathise I'm currently going through sleepless nights with a newborn and if I remember correctly my DS (2.5yo) went through a phase of waking every 30 - 45mins at 7 months old that was fun!
He's now a great sleeper considering the first months, goes down at 7pm and is up at anything between 6.30-8am.

DS2 however is currently nursing a cold and is only 3 weeks old so can wake up every 1.30 hours or every 20mins like he did last night - my mantra is "this too shall pass".
Although sooner would be better than later.

Yet another night of 2, 4 and 6 am wake up calls. Confused she’s lucky she’s so cute! Least she was able to get back to sleep quicker than some previous nights. I’ve heard there’s another one at 18 months. I’m gonna need a holiday.

There is a big growth spurt at 6 months. Have you been giving milk?

Feeding when she wakes up? Tried it but she won’t take it she just wakes up wide awake and wants to play.
