1yo stopped sleeping through

I've posted a few times about my DD and sleep but today I'm exhausted and at my wits end!!
She was amazing with her sleep, going 12/13 hours with no wake ups until last week. Now I'm having to go in anything up to 20 times a night
I know she's had a bit of cold this week and premolars have made an appearance but surely that wouldn't cause this many wake ups??? Please help me I'm desperate

Molars cutting caused the worse sleep of my child's life.

I gave the max dose of calpol over the day (four 4 hourly doses) to give a build up of pain relief over night. Add in ibuprofen if it's really bad. Even then I still had a very distressed baby know my bed for the worst few days

She's had 2 premolars through so far, the max dose of calpol through the day and nothing seemed to work! I wondered if it was going to be because she was having too much day time sleep but she actually has been dropping the length of naps(until today where she's slept for 3 hours)
She has eaten much in days and won't take her milk so it could be hunger but whenever I offer food or milk she refuses.** 😩😩😩
