Co-sleeping comfortably!

We have a bedside crib for my 9.5 week LG which she will sleep in some of the time, but I often give in and pull her into bed with me when she won't settle. We've been sticking to safe sleeping guidelines i.e. no duvet on her, away from pillows, crib to roll into - and I've been lying in the standard 'C' shape - but I wake up so uncomfortable! Cricked neck, sore shoulder, sore hip etc. My main issue is what to do with the underneath arm that goes over her head as it won't bend the way the pictures all show. What do people do to get comfortable? Help save my shoulder, please!

Play around with pillows: I managed well with a body pillow behind me, tucked into my legs and a small heart shaped cushion from primark under my head as it's little enough to raise my head which helps with the shoulders. But yoga stretches during the day are a godsend for pulling out the aches.

I sleep with my head on a pillow, baby's head at boob height with the nearest arm to him between him and the pillow and slightly tucked under.

I would second doing yoga or other stretches to help with aches caused by sleeping weirdly!
