Gayu, have you ever tried getting her to sleep without feeding? What did you do and how did it go?

I tried getting her to sleep ... Lay her awake or drowsy... If she s drowsy she cries a lot and I ll feed her to sleep... If awake she herself climbs n crawl on my lap to get her feed... I tried putting her in crib but she plays n cries in 10 min... No matter what I do... She won't calm until I feed her...

My DD was exactly like this at 10 months, it was awful but we got through it. She still wakes in the night for a feed or two at 15 months but has slept through a few times and slept much better once she went into her own room. I can't help with weaning unfortunately, I'm trying to work out what to do for the best at the moment, it's tough. I'm thinking send DP in to comfort her for a few nights to break the habit but I feel a bit mean as she has been fed to sleep 99% of her life!

10 months is hard, I honestly feel your pain, rather than trying to fix it I’d focus on coping mechanisms, going to bed earlier etc.
