Hello
My 6 month daughter doesn't sleep more than 3 hours at a time at night and I'm wondering if playing white noise might help. Can anyone suggest/recommend a white noise app?
I so need a good night's sleep lol

We use one called “white noise baby” with a picture on a baby peeking out under a blanket. It’s brilliant, “conch shell” is our family favourite sounds like wakes lapping. Worked well with DS and am now using it with 5 month old.

We have one called baby sleep. It plays over other apps so you don't have to keep it open and has extra slightly creepy shh-ing noises. I like the car best.

White Noise Baby Sleep Sounds was free, has a blue icon with a yellow half moon on. It's great. Hairdryer mode was our favourite. Grin

Sound Sleeper is fantastic. All 3 of my children have been powerless against “the hairdryer”.
