Waking in the night

DD1 (3months) has been angelic in the sleep department.

She was dream feeding 11pm and had managed to sleep through to 5-6am (this was 2 weeks ago). At this time she was having her bedtime routine but probably didn't settle til 8:30pmish.

In the last week she has just about managed to stay awake through bathtime and has been asleep by 7:30pm and normally a bit earlier, again dream feed at 11pm but then has been waking at 3pm. She isn't particularly hungary (tried to feed) and usually settles in with me but when put back in crib wakes up again. Is this normal and any advise on how I can get her back to her fab sleeping habits.

we blame erratic behaviour like this on growth spurts and their is one around 12weeks!!

ds2 sleeps at weird times and eating habits go all weird!! then when it's finished it all goes back to the way it was!

just stick with what you normally do, but do it a bit earlier if she's struggling to keep awake

Thanks - I did wonder if there was a growth spurt going on as she is all over the place in the day!!
