12 month vaccinations

My 12 month old DS had his vaccinations on Friday and the past 2 nights he has been very unsettled. Waking crying frequently. Settles himself but awake 530/6am after a bad night. I have given Calpol. Is this a normal side effect? How long is it likely to last?

Very normal. Lots cuddles, take it easy for a few days. It's a lot for their little bodies to process, but he'll be fine.

Thanks cloudjumper. Ive had lots of cuddles which has been great. I just feel so sorry for him Sad
