Whoops! Posted before I finished

My just turned 11 month old wakes a minimum 4 times a night. She battles to go to sleep but does finally nod off after 6/7 pick up to cuddle and back in her cot.

Any hints and tips of how to avoid the dreaded night wakes? She was fine until 4 weeks ago. I’d love a sleeping baby back

What's her daytime naps routine? How do you get her to sleep at nap time and bedtime?
