Why is 4.30 am wake up time today??

I have two DS who are 3 and 2 and both have learning difficulties. Normally they sleep 6.30 but today 4.30 was time to get up. Once they are up, that's it. Yawn. Don't know why I am posting really other than for sympathy.

DD1 used to get up between 3.30am and 5.30am... it makes the days so much longer and harder.

Tea and TV used to be my friend at 4am!

Thanks. We are watching Paw Patrol Grin It drives me nuts as we have swimming and a bday party today and they will both be grumpy. And I have a massive pile of marking to do tonight. And my DH is still in bed ( I had a lie in yesterday, when they got up at 6.30, of course!)
