One year old naps!

DS turned one this week, I went back to work a few weeks ago and up until then naps had been a pretty solid-
9am 45 minutes in the buggy after dropping DD at school.
1pm 1.5 hours snuggled with me or DH. My children have never been cot nappers and thats fine. Initially when I went back to work this continued and he was ok but over the last week it has all gone to pot!
He's still been falling asleep in the morning but is refusing to take another nap despite being exhausted and yawning lots, rubbing eyes etc.

I'm sure he's not ready to drop to one nap- we've tried it a couple of times and he just got crosser all morning then took a long time to fall asleep then only had 45mins to one hour.

Any ideas? He's on the verge of walking so it might be developmental?

Shorten the first nap, keep awake until 9.15 then wake at 9.45 keep paring the nap back until it’s 15 mins from 9.30-9.45 for a week then drop it.
Lunchtime nap while shortening the morning nap can be around 1-3.
Once you drop the nap all together hen then lunchtime nap will be 11.30-2 for a bit and eventually 12-2.30
