Has anyone used a sleep consultant? Did it help/would you recommend it?
My lb is 15 months and never been the best sleeper. I’m breastfeeding still but want to stop but he cries for it to get back to sleep in the night. He can self settle at bedtime but needs boob in the night and for naps. It’s making him tired in the day and I feel like it is impacting his development and when he sleeps well he is a different boy and so much happier.
I know some babies are better sleepers than others but I feel like my life revolves around his sleep and naps and it is really getting me down. I’m a first time mum and feel like I’m doing something wrong. Thinking about using a sleep consultant as really need help!
Any advice appreciated x

Yes I used Carol Mae Grassick www.carolmaeconsulting.co.uk. She is expensive but excellent and a very nice caring person.

I’m currently working with Ann Caird. I love her. My clingy, midnight cosleeping 2 year old slept through the first night we started with her.
