Earplugs for a 5 year old?

DS5 is struggling to sleep due to ‘house noises’. He is in the quietest room possible but this is an old house and it does make noises. Can I use earplugs on him at night? Does anyone know? Would only be short term as we are moving in the next month... Poor little man is tired out!

What about some white noise? Like rain or waves or similar? Blocks out the other annoying noises and is consistent and soothing.

Oooh that’s a good thought! Thank you!

You could use ear plugs. They freak my children out though.

We use a desk fan all year around. The white noise blocks out background noise and the air movement is relaxing.

There are earplugs for children you can get goo.gl/SqAfc2 for sleeping. My friend uses the little orange ones.
