What time to dream feed

I am trying to start dream feeds with my 11 week year old. Everything I read says dream feed between 10 and 11 after putting baby to bed at 7pm. However I find it impossible to put the him down at 7, I can start bedtime routine at 6 But it takes hours to get him to sleep so he usually goes down at 9pm. So my question is what time do i dream feed if he goes down at 9pm?

There’s not really a magic answer for this, just when you go to bed really!

There's no set time. It just means feeding baby when you go to bed, so that hopefully you get a longer stretch asleep yourself.

If you feed and baby goes to sleep at 9pm and you go to bed at 10pm, it's probably not worth dream feeding. Maybe your DH could stay up and feed baby when he goes to bed at, day, midnight?

Oh ok I didn't realise that I have been setting an alarm and waking up after 2 hours sleep!
