Sleepy by lush??

Hi, my dd is 22 months old and recently having terrible trouble sleeping through the night randomly wakes up wanting to play and fidgets every hour of the night! Leaving me and my dh tired and groggy for work..anyone used ‘sleepy’ by lush? And if so has it worked..im tempted to purchase it as desperate for some sleep!

We started using it on my 7mo about 4 weeks ago. Hasn't done anything in my opinion, except it smells really nice!!
