Baby can't sleep after vaccinations

My 10mo was vaccinated 2.5 days ago and is really struggling to fall asleep. Every nap and night time (now the 3rd night) is a nightmare - she will only fall asleep if I BF her and then starts screaming when I try to unlatch her.

Any experience on how long this is likely to last? Given that she wakes up every 30 min anyway in the early evening it's really exhausting!

Immunisation poorliness lasted about 3 days here. But she could be ill and the immunisation a red herring, in which case it could be longer.

I've never had a problem giving extra TLC for discrete periods of time here and there.
