My LO very rarely naps in day, often doing 20 min cat naps. However today he had an afternoon nap of 3 hours, but every now and again would sob. His mouth turned down sad and looked like he was just about to start sobbing and then like a flick of a switch would be sock on. He has often smiled or giggled during a nap, but the looking like going to sob is new. It is quite heart breaking to see. Is this dreams? Is it over tiredness upset? He did get quite upset earlier in the day and took ages to settle ( he seems to be going through a phase of unsure of anyone outside of Mum and Dad), could it have been this?
