Help! Toddler will not sleep

Can anyone recommend a sleep consultant in the West Midlands? I have purchased several books regarding baby/infant sleep with no joy over the last 6 months.

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and I'm at a complete loss.

• My daughter will not self soothe
• She wakes frequently throughout the night, tried the cry it out method, ssssh pat technique.
• when she is does sleep she cries out

I recommend Carol Mae Grassick who is based in Kent but travels (globally and in the UK).
Expensive but worth every penny. She regularly goes and fixes situations where another "sleep expert" has tried and failed.
She has helped my baby, my sister's and very many of my friends and colleagues.
