11 month sleep regression?????

Ds just turned 11 months and has never been a good sleeper, waking 3/4 times from 7-7 but settling back easily with a cuddle or feed - copable.
Last four nights he has been waking up as frequently but then being awake for 2 hrs chunks around 3/4 - 5/6. It's killing me. I also have a 3rd old and work full time in a very demanding job.
Dh is shit at night wakings and dealing with mornings always has been, the trade off is he does all housework as after kids and work I am too tired to do anything else.
Ds eats really well and I bf him on demand through the night. Any ideas what I can do??

Is he currently learning to walk or anything? I’ve heard this can have an affect on sleep - I’m sure like most things it’s a phase and will pass. Has anything changed in the daytime like napping?

You just have to ride it out.

Is he in your room? You could use ignoring tactics if baby isnt upset.

I'd also suggest introducing a comforter blankie or similar, to aid in learning to self-comfort.
