Helloooo me again! My baby girl is 8 months old. She starting rolling about at 7m. These past 2 weeks she has figured out that she can do this in her cot. I put her to bed when she's tired, sometimes goes straight to sleep or some nights she'll have a roll around and then go to sleep. She'll sleep soundly for an hour or so then the rolling around/dummy farce starts. She wakes her self up from rolling around too much, she is forever making noises and I've just had 2 weeks of solid broken sleep :( I know some people are worse off than me but does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? It is a phase? X

Definitely a phase. Look into the 8 month sleep regression, it’s all about them becoming more mobile and their bodies feeling busy all the time. It’ll pass x

Oh really? Didn't realise an 8month one existed? Will have a read tonight. Thanks
