13month won't sleep all night

Hello

My 13 month has gone from bring a great sleeper to an awful one, she wakes every night now crying her eyes out and will just not settle, she used to sleep all night but now she won't, her nap times have totally changed and she's dropped to one nap but changes what shall we do? Any tips

The transition to 1-nap is often difficult and can result in some over tiredness. How about having periodic 2-nap days between your 1-nap days? For example 2 or 3 days of a single nap and then a day where you give 2 naps so baby can catch up. Then back to 1 nap days

Is it possible she’s going through a phase of separation anxiety? X
