Hi,

Just wondering what time everyone put their baby/toddler to bed?

Because of my partners work pattern our routine is -

6pm - Tea
7-7.15pm - Bath
7.30-8pm - Bottle and asleep

Latest he falls asleep is 8pm, we aim for around 7.30pm bedtime and we will put him down awake if he doesn't fall asleep on his bottle and just falls to sleep himself. He's sleeping through recently and waking around 7am the next morning. Seems to work for us and as he gets a little older we may need an earlier bedtime, but at the moment we like that we can eat tea together.

Dd is 17 months but routine similar since 12 months.
Between 5 and 5.30pm tea (a bit earlier on nursery days 4.30 I think)
6pm bath
6.30 - 6.45 pjs, bottle and bed
Wakes at 6am (we have a 6.15 alarm that never goes off)

Some nursery days/if we go on a day out she is too tired for a bath and goes to bed closer to 6pm (but still wakes at 6am)
