9.5 month sleep has gone downhill!

My 9.5 month has been a brilliant sleeper, self soothing, putting in the cot and falling asleep within minutes, a really good nap routine until the past 2 weeks!
She is a nightmare come bedtime!!! Taking nearly an hour to get to sleep!
We use white noise, dummy and a dark room, everything that is suggested but she will scream and I mean scream if left!
She hasn’t been eating as much through the day so is taking more milk at night and eventually going to sleep!
Naps are still good she will go down easily, just the same as previous but it’s bedtime which is awful!
Please can I have some advice? Or is this karma for having a good sleeper?

That sounds like she is ill. Sore throat, ear infection, cold, tummy ache, teething?

She did have the sickness bug last week but this started before then!
Teething could be to blame I guess but she’s not showing any other signs, it’s just a mine field and so confusing when she goes down for naps so easily!!
